Contract Formation
All orders made by you through the Littletickle website are subject to acceptance and availability. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason.
Prices of products are correct at the time of entering information, however, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice (although we will inform you if any such price change affects your order).
For the avoidance of doubt, no contract will exist between you and Littletickle Limited for the sale by Littletickle Limited to you of any product unless and until Littletickle Limited sends you an e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your product.
Cancellation
To cancel a contract in accordance with your legal right to do so, you just need to let us know that you have decided to cancel. Please see our Returns Policy for more information.

LittleTickle take fraud very seriously and we do everything in our power to prevent fraud from occurring. If false or inaccurate information is provided and fraud is identified, details will be passed to fraud prevention agencies.
Littletickle group has fraud prevention software services that we use in order to prevent fraudulent purchases and practises, these are in place to protect both the customer and Littletickle group.

Submitting reviews, forum messages and photographs to Littletickle
When you submit a product review, forum message or photograph ("the Content") to Littletickle you assign us irrevocable non-exclusive royalty-free worldwide rights to publish the Content in any medium. You waive your right to be identified as the author of the work.
Little Tickle loyalty Points Terms and Conditions
Littletickle loyalty Points have no monetary value and cannot be used for any purpose other than redeeming designated Littletickle products. At no time will rewards be available to be refunded for their cash value.
We may from time to time adjust the Points in your account upwards or downwards in respect to accounting errors, multiple accounts, refunds issued, products returned or suspected fraud, for which we have full authority. : Little Tickle reserves the right to end or cancel Little Rewards Points Programme at any time. If Little tickle expects misuse of Little Tickle Referral programme they have the right to remove you from the loyalty programme and revoke any allocated points. The currency of loyalty points awarded is Tickles. Any items returned for refund that have used Tickles as part payment will receive the the points back to the percentage value used for the item returned will be added back to the account. In order to receive the free birthday tickle points you ,must sign up a minimum of 30 days before your entered birthrate. Point value is at little discretion and we have the right to change this and may time to time to reflect inflation. At present 200 points = £1 and 6 tickle points will be received per £1 spent excluding p&p costs. 300 points will be received on sign up to the loyalty rewards programme and 600 points per new customer that places an order via the unique referral link ( in which the person being referred will be issued with a £5 discount on their 1st order) Points can be redeemed in increments of 200 and will be available to select as part or full payment for your order at checkout. You cannot use points to buy gift cards or for a discount on the purchase of gift cards,other than gift cards the points can be redeemed against all other products in the store including sale and discounted items.
Special Offer Terms and Conditions
If you have a faulty product, please return it to us and we will be happy to send a replacement.
If you wish to have a refund, you will need to return all your Special Offer items or pay for the outstanding item.
If you wish to keep the item that was received free, we can deduct the cost of it from your refund.
Please note: special offers with codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other code offers.

Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland.
Littletickle reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time.
Events outside our control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a contract that is caused by an Event Outside Our Control (which means any act or event beyond our reasonable control).
If an Event Outside Our Control takes place that affects the performance of our obligations under a contract:
(a) we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you; and
(b) our obligations under a contract will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the Event Outside Our Control. Where the Event Outside Our Control affects our delivery of products to you, we will arrange a new delivery date with you after the Event Outside Our Control is over.
You may cancel a contract affected by an Event Outside Our Control. To cancel please contact us. If you opt to cancel, you will have to return (at your own cost) any relevant products you have already received and we will refund the price you have paid, including original delivery charge.
Additional terms
We may transfer our rights and obligations under a contract to another organisation, but this will not affect your rights or our obligations under these terms.
You may only transfer your rights or your obligations under these terms to another person if we agree in writing.
This contract is between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms.
Each of the paragraphs of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
If we fail to insist that you perform any of your obligations under these terms, or if we do not enforce our rights against you, or if we delay in doing so, that will not mean that we have waived our rights against you and will not mean that you do not have to comply with those obligations. If we do waive a default by you, we will only do so in writing, and that will not mean that we will automatically waive any later default by you.

1 Year Warranty Guarantee
Little Tickle offers 12 months warranty guarantee on all purchases with an exclusion to any clothing & lingerie items and consumable products such as lubes, condoms etc.
If your product develops a fault or breaks within 12 months of purchase Little Tickle Will replace or refund you for the item within 3 months of purchase, for purchases over 3 months a refund only will be supplied.
Our warranty does not cover accessories or additional parts or small parts prone to wear and tear only the main item itself.
Our warranty does not cover accidental damage and is strictly only valid for manufacturing faults and product quality issues.
Little Tickle has the right to void your warranty claim if they strongly suspect that the item has been deliberately or accidently damaged or has malfunctioned or broke due to misuse of the the product or tampering of the product
