Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also accept payment by PayPal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay & Apple Pay. If you decide to use any of these methods, you’ll be taken to the relevant website, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.

We also offer Buy Now Pay Later option with Klarna. Acceptance is at Klarna's sole descretion and little tickle takes no part in deciding your eligibilty for this service. More info on Klarna can be found HERE.

Where is my refund?

We aim to process refunds within 1day of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to 7 working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.

Why is my payment be rejected I have money in my account?

We are sorry you are experiencing problems when try to pay for your order, there are several reasons this can happen, please contact us via live chat or whats app and we will be able to check what may be causing this and try to resolve this ASAP.

Ordering and delivery

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account. Just visit https://www.littletickle.co.uk/register and follow the instructions on-screen.

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order or by text if you checked out with a mobile number instead of email address. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at support@littletickle.co.uk or via live chat or whats app just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

Why has my order been canceled?

We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end this is a rare occurrence. If we have to cancel your order we will process your refund immediately and will be notified via email informing you of this or if there is suitable alternative options we may contact you to offer you the choice of a substitute, if we do not receive a reply within 1 day we will automatically go ahead and process your refund. 

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it as we work on same day dispatch basis. If you need to cancel or amend an order please get in touch as soon as possible via live chat or email via the contact page. You can message via live chat anytime and one of our representatives will pick it up as soon as they are available and try to cancel your order before it’s processed. You can also message us through what's app , click the pink help button at the bottom of your screen and you will see what's app option at the bottom of the window.
If your order has already been processed , we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it

Can I alter my order?

If you need to alter your order please get in touch ASAP via live chat or whats app where we will be happy to assist you in amending your order if it has not yet been processed as after your order has been processed we are not able to make any changes and your order will be shipped, you will then need return your order if your ordered the wrong thing .

***Please be aware that there is a very short period of time between ordering and your order be processed as we work on a same day dispatch basis, so it is very important you get in touch ASAP once you realise you've made a mistake as once your order is processed there is no way we can amend and your order will be shipped***

When will my order arrive?

Orders shipped within the UK will be delivered within 1-5 days, depending on your preferred shipping method. We aim to dispatch same day on orders placed before 1pm (if possible up to 3pm) Mon-Fri, so usually 1-2 working days if you choose 1st Class or 24 tracked service and usually 2-3 days if you choos 48 hr tracked service. (** please note Islands, Highlands & Remote locations usually take an additional 1 day)

Shipping to countries outside of the UK may take up to 7-14 days.

Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to most regions worldwide. Please check this detailed breakdown (add link) before ordering to make sure we can deliver to your geographical location.

***UPDATE*** Unfortuately due to the current Covid -19 pandemic we have had to currently suspend our worldwide shipping service, we sincerely apologise for this but due to the continuous volitile flucuating in costs it is not viable for us to offer worldwide shipping we will resume this service once rates have returned to normal.

 

 

 

How much is shipping?

☣ NB: Unfortunatelty due to the current Covid-19 pandemic we are temporarily suspending delivery to non UK delivery addresses. We sincerely apologise but it is not viable for us to offer international delivery at this time due to the constant fluctuating prices. We will have international delivery reinstated as soon as possible.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your dispatch confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

You can also track your order HERE by simply entering your email address you used to place the order and your order number which you will have received either by text if you entered your mobile number or email if you used that option.

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

Certainly ,you can  return your item to us, within 30 days , as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Please visit the RETURN CENTRE to start your return process. 

If you wish to make an exchange please get in touch via live chat or whats app and a member of our team will check that we have your wanted item/items in stock and reserve them for you in order to avoid any disappointment before returning your items.

What do I do if I lose my return note or I don't have a printer?

You can print a new return form HERE if you cannot find it.

Alternatively if you dont have a printer you can write the required details on a blank sheet of paper place it inside the return package *** Please see below for all the details we need in order to process your return and to avoid any unneccesary delays***

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via our CONTACT US  , via our live chat or whats app ( you will find the live chat and whats app links by clicking the pink help button at the bottom right of the screen) form with the details. We’ll respond as soon as a member of our team reads it, usually within a few hours if there is no one live or available at the point you send your message . If you just don’t like the product for any reason, we’ll gladly accept it back as a return, providing it’s in “as new” condition, in its original packaging with all labels attached and inaccordance with our RETURNS POLICY, if so please visit our RETURNS CENTER to start your return.

How long does it take to return an item?

This depends on the carrier or shipping method that you choose when returning your item. Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email. We aim to process refunds within 1-2 days after receiving  and inspecting the item into our warehouse, but it can take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund into your account, or onto your card.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes, we do. These are issued electronically by email and each contains a unique reference number. Our gift vouchers are ideal if you’re not sure what to get that special person in your life. Simply buy a gift voucher instead, our gift cards start from as little as £10. 

Do you have any physical stores?

No Little Tickle Is currently only operating as an online store.

Does Little Tickle Ship from the Uk?

Yes Little Tickle ships from 2 UK based warehouses.

Why have i received two tracking numbers for a single order?

If you receive 2 tracking numbers for a single order it's most likely your order contains items from both of our warehouses and therefore you will receive them in 2 seperate parcels. 

Most of our products are stocked in one warehouse but our lingerie/clothing items that the title begins with AIS come from our 2nd warehouse. Delivery timescales are the same for both warehouses so if you order items from both in a single order they should still arrive on the same day.
