Refund policy

Little Tickle hopes you love your purchase, however, if you wish to return your order you can do so with our satisfaction guarantee.

Unwanted Goods

Little Tickle: will offer a full refund or exchange within 30days – no questions asked.

Unfortunately, due to our strict health and hygiene regulations, we cannot refund or exchange unwanted items if the products have been used or any of the original packaging is missing, opened or broken.

Faulty or Incorrect Goods

Little Tickle: offers a 12 month replacement or refund policy on all faulty products. Please notify us about faulty or incorrect goods ASAP so we can rectify the problem quickly for you. Send all the parts back to us. Just follow the How to Return an Item process below.

Exclusions

Due to the intimate nature of some products and for hygiene purposes we cannot accept returns on the following items if they have been used or worn: Lingerie, lubricants, bondage items or gifts and games.

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order for a full refund. Little Tickle work on a same day dispatch system, so please try and cancel your order on the same day as ordering to avoid the inconvenience of returning your order.

Refunds

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, require us to say that your money will be returned within 30 days of cancellation. At Little Tickle we aim to process your refund within1-3 days.

Unfortunately, a refund cannot be issued until Little Tickle receives the goods in question.

How To Return An Item

Your freepost return label will be provided to you upon request for faulty/damaged or incorrect order returns, please use our returns centre HERE. For return of non faulty/damaged/incorrect orders please return to:

¬ Print return form HERE and include inside your package> if you do not have a printer enclose a piece of paper with the following marked clearly :your name, address and order number (without this information we may not be able to identify your return)

¬Pack your item either in the envelope or box you received it in, or some other secure packaging.

¬Clearly write the return address provided above on the outside of your parcel, or the freepost return address if you were provided with this (free post address is only provided for faulty/damaged or incorrect orders).

¬ On the back of the parcel pleaser write sender details: Name, address and postcode.

¬Don’t forget to ask for your FREE proof of postage at the Post Office.

 

Please Note:If you are returning unwanted goods for refund or exchange for any other reason you are responsible for the postage fees. Any products that are returned back to us and are not faulty and do not meet the returns policy will be held for 30 days. After 30 days if we have not had a response from you, the item will be destroyed, no refund will be given.

If you are returning an item you received that is incorrect or returning a faulty item you will be supplied with a freepost address for your return.The Freepost address is only for the use of returning faulty items from within the UK. When we receive the item back here it will be checked, if the item is not faulty and the Freepost address has been used, then there will be a charge of £3.50 plus vat for the cost of postage.

If you are returning items from outside of the UK we do not cover any postage charges to return items back to us under any circumstances.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
