Little Tickle hopes you love your purchase, however, if you wish to return your order you can do so with our satisfaction guarantee.
Unwanted Goods
Return or exchange an item - our money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.
Due to the obvious health and hygiene implications with adult goods. For the goods to be returned if they are not broken the following terms have to be met.
1. The goods must be unused.
2. The goods must be returned in original condition & packaging.
3. Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
4. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
5. The goods must be received back within 30 days from the day you received your order.
6. Any discrepancies or damaged items need to be reported within 36 hours of being delivered.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods.
Replacement faulty items are sent back out to you free of charge.
Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order for a full refund. Little Tickle: work on a same day dispatch system, so please try and cancel your order on the same day as ordering to avoid the inconvenience of returning your order.
Refunds
The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, require us to say that your money will be returned within 30 days of cancellation. At Little Tickle: we aim to process your refund within1-3 days.
Unfortunately, a refund cannot be processed until Little Tickle receives the goods in question.
How To Return An Item
¬ Pack your item either in the envelope or box you received it in, or some other secure packaging. Click HERE to print a return form, or if you don't have access to a printer please have a look at the return form to see the details we require and right them clearly on a slip of paper and include it in your package . Please ensure you enclose your order number, item number & description, quantity returning and whether it is for refund or exchange and reason for return (without this information we may not be able to identify your return)
¬ If you are returning an item you received that is incorrect or returning a faulty item please contact us HERE giving a brief description of the problem and we will supply you with the freepost address for your return.
Please note:The Freepost address is only for the use of returning faulty items from within the UK. When we receive the item back here it will be checked, if the item is not faulty and the Freepost address has been used, then there will be a charge of £3.50 plus vat for the cost of postage.
If you are returning items from outside of the UK we do not cover any postage charges to return items back to us under any circumstances.
¬ If you are returning unwanted goods for refund or exchange for any other reason you are responsible for the postage fees and are required to use the address below for returning your item/items, please mark clearly on the front of your package/box:

Any products that are returned back to us and are not faulty and do not meet the returns policy will be held for 30 days. After 30 days if we have not had a response from you, the item will be destroyed, no refund will be given.

Faulty or Incorrect Goods
Little Tickle: offers a 12 month replacement or refund policy on all faulty products. Please notify us about faulty or incorrect goods ASAP so we can rectify the problem quickly for you. Send all the parts back to us. Just follow the How to Return an Item process below.Exclusions
Due to the intimate nature of some products and for hygiene purposes we cannot accept returns on the following items if they have been used or worn: Lingerie, lubricants, bondage items or gifts and games.

How To Return An Item
Your freepost return label will be provided to you upon request for faulty/damaged or incorrect order returns, please use our returns centre HERE. For return of non faulty/damaged/incorrect orders please return to:
¬Pack your item either in the envelope or box you received it in, or some other secure packaging.
¬Clearly write the return address provided above on the outside of your parcel, or the freepost return address if you were provided with this (free post address is only provided for faulty/damaged or incorrect orders).
