1.Eligibility
1.1 Unless otherwise stated, our prize draws and competitions are free and open to all except employees of Little Tickle™, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
1.2 Entrants must be 18 years old
1.3 Only one free email entry per person is permitted .
1.4 In entering, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. Little Tickle may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw or competition.
1.5 Little Tickle reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw or competition.
2.How to enter
2.1 Entries must be submitted by 12pm (GMT) on the day before the draw takes place. Any entries after the closing time & date will not be included in the draw.
2.2 Entries can be submitted by emailing : LittleTickleMonthlyDraw@ entry.shopraffle.net Please put your full name and town in the subject header. If you wish you can enter your address in the body of the email of where you would like the prize to be delivered to if you are the winner this is optional.
2.3. Our prize draws and competitions are free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
2.4 Little Tickle™ will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

2.6 Little Tickle™ reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
3.The Draw
3.1 4 winners will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process between 1pm-12am on 30th April 2021. The first name drawn will win the main Prize and the other 3 names drawn will receive a £10 Little Tickle Gift Card to spend in our online Store.
3.2 The winner will be notified via the email address in which they submitted their entry.
3.3 The winners will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) within 1 day of being chosen. The winner of the main prize: must provide a postal address to claim their prize( If not already provided in entry email). If a winner does not respond to Little Tickle™ within 7 days of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Little Tickle will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. If the winner has provided address in email entry then they will be contacted to inform them of their win and will not be required to reply with an address, Little Tickle™ will proceed to arrange delivery of prize to the address already provided. The 3 runners up prize winners of £10 giftcard: will receive a digital giftcard via email with a code which can be entered online, no physical card will be sent.
3.4 The Main prize will be sent to the winner within 3 days of responding to Little Tickle™ with address(IF REQUIRED). The gift card winners will receive their digital giftcard within 24 hours.
3.5 The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. Little Tickle™ reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Little Tickle’s™ control makes it necessary to do so.
3.6 The decision of Little Tickle™ regarding any aspect of the prize draw or competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
3.7 The winner’s name and county/town can be obtained by sending an email to support@littletickle.co.uk within 60 of days after the date of the closing date of the prize draw or competition.
3.8 Little Tickle™ reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
4.Limitation of liability
4.1 Insofar as is permitted by law Little Tickle™, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Little Tickle™, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected
5.Data protection and publicity
5.1 You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used By Little Tickle™ for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.
5.2 All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting us at support@littletickle.co.uk
5.3 The winner agrees to the release of their first name and town/county to any other prize draw participants if requested via Little Tickle™.
5.4 An announcement of the winners first name and town/county will be made via Little Tickle™
site.
